Erica Messinger (she/her) thrives in pioneering new programs, collaborating across organizations, and empowering those around her. As a leader at Keysight, she drives change working as a program manager in the Software Transformation Office. In this role, Erica collaborates across each of Keysight’s businesses and enterprise functions and drives alignment toward shared goals growing software revenues > $1B.

Her depth of business knowledge stems from having broad experiences in sales channel and business development, applications engineering, product support, continuous improvement, and program management over nearly 25 years with Keysight Technologies / Agilent Technologies / Hewlett Packard.

Throughout her career, and extending back to her days as a student, Erica has been an unwavering champion for inclusion. She created and continues to lead a Keysight enterprise program focused on empowering women across the company and fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment and is also very active with the Society of Women Engineers (SWE). Erica has been part of the SWE Corporate Partnership Council since 2003 and has been elected to serve in SWE leadership for the last 4 years, currently as the Deputy Speaker of the Senate.

Erica enjoys being in service and supporting others and has served on a number of boards and councils in the private sector, academia, and with non-profits, including the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign Electrical and Computer Engineering Alumni Board 2006-2009.  She has made many trips back to campus over the years to speak with and inspire students, recruit graduates, and facilitate grants and donations for faculty and student groups.

Erica has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and International Minor in Japanese Studies from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and an M.B.A. from the University of Colorado.  Erica loves reading food blogs and promoting wellness choices, volunteering in the community, dancing with her partner, and spending time with their two young children.
