These scholarships were given for the 2005-2006 year to four students in Electrical Engineering with an interest in Energy related areas. These scholarships were given by the Lam Research Corporation to two Electrical Engineering students beginning in their junior year and renewable for their senior year. The scholarships are given based on good academic standing with a demonstrated interest in physical electronics courses. Micron University Scholarships

These are two-year scholarships that are given at the beginning of a student's junior year and continue until degree completion based on continued academic achievement. Five new scholars are selected each year for these prestigious scholarships. They are given to students with a high GPA and an interest in area associated with the work of Micron Technologies. Micron is one of the world's leading providers of advanced semiconductor solutions. Micron's DRAM and Flash components are used in today's most advanced computing, networking, and communications products, including computers, workstations, servers, cell phones, wireless devices, digital cameras, and gaming systems.
